The US Intercontinental Trade Commission (ITC) explained on Tuesday it would open an investigation just after Ericsson claimed Samsung had infringed on some of its patents in 4G and following era 5G wi-fi cellular communications infrastructure systems.
Ericsson explained the Samsung goods infringing on its patents are on the tower aspect of cellular communications, which include antennas, radios and base stations and core network goods that wirelessly join to cell telephones and other cellular products.
Ericsson, which submitted its criticism with the ITC on January fifteen, also sued Samsung in US District Court in Texas with allegations of patent infringement final thirty day period.
